- Do you charge per call or message?
- No. Plan price is flat per workspace. Twilio usage (calls, SMS) is billed by Twilio at their published rates if you bring your own number.
- Are taxes included?
- No. VAT, GST, and US sales tax are added at checkout based on your billing address.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from the Billing page in seconds — no calls, no retention scripts. You'll keep access until the end of the current billing period.
